GENERAL


What is the return policy?

Because every piece is made to order, at this time the pieces cannot be returned. All orders are final sale, and are not eligible for returns or refunds.


Do you offer warranty?

I offer a three month warranty on all of the pieces from the day it is received by the customer. BRAVO CLAVELLO covers the cost of all repairs under normal wear during the warranty period. However, if the piece shows improper care, is noticeably bent, or is damaged in any other way, I will repair the piece at cost. Please note, that if any other jeweller makes alterations or repairs to your piece, BRAVO CLAVELLO's warranty will be voided.

It is your responsibility to ship and insure your jewelry.  BRAVO CLAVELLO will return your piece insured once repaired.


Can I cancel an order?

.Any cancellations must be done within 24 hours from time of order.


Do you offer insurance? 

I always recommend that you insure your jewelry, but BRAVO CLAVELLO does not offer insurance.


What is the process for making a custom piece of jewelry?

Creating your own jewelry is an exciting process. I will guide you through the experience of creating a one-of-a-kind piece tailored to you. We will start with a private consultation. You only need to have a general idea of what you want when you start the process, you do not need to know all the specifics. Together we will translate your idea and unique love story into a real, unique piece of jewelry. A sketch will be created, as well as a CAD rendering, a wax or resin mold, and finally your custom piece is built and hand-finished.

We will combine your dream with my inspiration and expertise about gems and metals. This will be a creative and fun process, and rest assured, you will receive the highest level of service and care.

Can I change the metal of a collection piece?

You can change the metal in some of the pieces, if the option is already offered. If it is not offered, please email bravoclavello@gmail.com and ask for a specific piece, which may be altered to your desired metal. An additional fee may be associated with changing the metal of certain pieces.


Can I resize my ring?

Please note that this service is never covered in the warranty as it is not a repair. Please email bravoclavello@gmail.com for resize pricing and more information.


Where is the jewelry made?

All pieces are designed by me. First I hand sketch them and once the design is finalized I create a three-dimensional CAD rendering. The pieces are  3D printed in wax, a mold is created and the mold is injected with precious metals. I handpick each stone and make sure every piece complies with the highest standards of fine jewelry. The pieces are put together and finalized by skilled artisans in the heart of New York City.  


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY


What are my shipping options?

BRAVO CLAVELLO offers free shipping in all orders. I ship domestically via Fedex two day delivery. All of the pieces are fully insured while in transit, and must be signed for when received.


Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time, I do not ship internationally.


Can you ship to a PO box?

Unfortunately, our carrier does not deliver to PO boxes.


Do you ship jewelry fully insured?

Yes, I ship with Fedex and all orders are fully insured.


Can I rush an order if I need it sooner than the production time?

Collection pieces will usually take 2-3 weeks to ship. Custom pieces can usually be made to order in 4 weeks from the date the order is finalized. If you would like your item before this time frame, please email bravoclavello@gmail.com. I can provide rush services if possible, but fees may apply.
